What I do
I build AI agents and automations that take repetitive admin off a construction company's plate. I work with managers and staff to find what can be automated, then build it, test it and keep it running.
What I've built
- HR system rollout - led the move to a new cloud HR platform, including the staff data import, data mapping and permissions.
- Automated onboarding - a safety induction course with quizzes, connected so completions update staff records and notify managers.
- Training and competency matrix - mapped equipment licences to each site role so the data could move into the HR system.
- Executive assistant agents - chat-based AI assistants for members of the leadership team.
- Finance reporting agent - a read-only agent that feeds a KPI and cash-flow dashboard, with automated tests behind it.
- Job assessment tool - helps the estimating and sales team assess incoming work.
- Lead generation pipeline - finds and enriches leads and drafts outreach. A person reviews every message before it goes out.
- Engineering form automation - fills design forms from project take-offs instead of by hand.
- Social media pipeline - turns site footage into a posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with one approval step before anything publishes.
- AI model routing - sends each task to the right model for cost and quality.
- Company AI playbook - a prompting and Claude Code guide, model cheat sheets and a staff SOP.
- Shared knowledge base - one place so every AI session works from the same context.
- R&D - animated 3D construction visuals for marketing, tenders and site inductions.
